OBJECTIVE At Global Med Farma SAC, we are aware of the high value placed on the privacy of our clients and of all those interested in our services/goods/products. In line with this awareness, we are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting the confidentiality of your private information and personal data. The purpose of the Web is to present the services/goods/products offered by Global Med Farma SAC, provide information about them, as well as share other types of information that we believe may be of interest, and create a communication space for Users.

LEGISLATION This policy is governed by Peruvian law, and in particular by: Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law (LPDP). Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS, which approved the Regulations of Law No. 29733 (RLPDP). Directoral Resolution No. 019-2013-JUS/DGPDP, which approved the Information Security Directive (the Directive). In accordance with the LPDP and its RLPDP, personal data is understood to mean any numerical, alphabetical, graphic, photographic, acoustic, personal habit, or any other type of information concerning a natural person that identifies them or makes them identifiable through reasonably usable means. Likewise, personal data processing is understood as any technical operation or procedure, automated or not, that allows the collection, registration, organization, storage, conservation, elaboration, modification, extraction, consultation, use, blocking, deletion, transfer, dissemination, or any other form of processing that facilitates access, correlation, or interconnection of personal data. Global Med Farma SAC develops its personal data processing policy in accordance with the guiding principles established in Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law, and therefore: In accordance with the principle of legality, it rejects the collection of personal data from our Users by fraudulent, unfair, or unlawful means. In accordance with the principle of consent, the processing of our Users’ personal data will require their consent. Users’ personal data will be collected for a specific, explicit, and lawful purpose, and will not be extended to any other purpose that was not unequivocally established at the time of collection, except for cases involving historical, statistical, or scientific activities where a dissociation or anonymization procedure is used. All processing of Users’ personal data will be adequate, relevant, and not excessive in relation to the purpose for which they were collected. Personal data to be processed must be truthful, accurate, and, as far as possible, updated, necessary, pertinent, and adequate with respect to the purpose for which they were collected. They will be retained in a manner that guarantees their security and only for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing. Global Med Farma SAC, and where applicable, its data processors, adopt the necessary technical, organizational, and legal measures to guarantee the security and confidentiality of personal data. Global Med Farma SAC has in place appropriate security measures consistent with the processing to be carried out and with the category of personal data involved. Global Med Farma SAC informs its Users that they may exercise their rights contained in the constitutional right to the protection of personal data, administratively before the National Authority for Personal Data Protection and judicially before the Judicial Branch, for the purpose of initiating the corresponding habeas data proceeding. The personal data requested from Users are basic contact details, which are adequate, relevant, and not excessive in relation to the purpose for which they are collected. The personal data that Global Med Farma SAC will access are those that the User voluntarily provides by filling out the designated forms. The personal data provided by Users must be accurate and correct, reflecting their current situation truthfully. Otherwise, such data will be canceled. The personal data provided by Users are collected for the fulfillment of the purposes stated in the relevant web consent forms for personal data processing, and will not be used for purposes incompatible with those specified. Personal data will be canceled when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. However, they will be retained for a period of 5 years.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA Global Med Farma SAC respects the privacy of its Users; therefore, we will not share your information with third parties, except with its subsidiaries and authorized third parties that process personal data on behalf of Global Med Farma SAC.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA The personal data provided by Users will be treated with total confidentiality. Global Med Farma SAC undertakes to maintain professional secrecy regarding such data indefinitely and guarantees their safekeeping by adopting all necessary security measures. In compliance with current regulations, Global Med Farma SAC has adopted the appropriate technical security and confidentiality measures according to the category of personal data, necessary to maintain the required level of security in order to prevent alteration, loss, or unauthorized processing or access that may affect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the information. Global Med Farma SAC has implemented all necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of personal data and to avoid their alteration, loss, processing, and/or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored data, and the risks to which they are exposed, whether originating from human action, the physical environment, or natural causes, as established by current Peruvian personal data protection legislation. However, the transmission of information through communication networks and the Internet is not completely secure; therefore, although Global Med Farma SAC will make its best efforts to protect personal data, it cannot guarantee their security during transmission to the Website. In this regard, all information sent by Users will be at their own risk. For this reason, Global Med Farma SAC strongly recommends that Users exercise the utmost diligence when transferring personal information to third parties or publishing it, in order to avoid putting their personal data at risk, disclaiming all liability in the event of unlawful theft, alteration, or loss of data.

EXERCISE OF RIGHTS AND INQUIRIES Users who have provided their personal data to Global Med Farma SAC may contact the company in order to exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition, under the terms established by current Peruvian legislation. To exercise these rights, or to make inquiries regarding this policy, Users may send an email to info@globalmedfarma.com with the reference “Personal Data Protection,” specifying their personal details, providing proof of identity, and stating the reasons for their request.

MINORS Global Med Farma SAC understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment. For this reason, the Website is neither designed for nor directed at minors. Global Med Farma SAC will not knowingly process personal data relating to minors. In the event that it becomes known that the personal data collected pertains to a minor without authorization, appropriate measures will be taken to delete such data as soon as possible.
